Icon Stage 1 Question

I'm looking at the Icon Stage 1 kit.
I'd like to know if the kit will fit with 265 75 16's, stock OR rims and Spidertrax?

Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Kyle

Just called Icon, they said that the 285 75 16 is the "biggest" tire for the lift.

Hi Kyle,

Generally 265/75/16's are the biggest you can go with a stock wheel and no wheel spacers on 2nd gens. Anything wider, you will need a wheel spacer or a wheel with a max of 4.5 inches of backspace. I believe the stock wheels are 5-5.5 inch of backspace

Let me know if you have any other questions
Thanks!
Dylan

Are wheel spacers a good idea? i was thinking about getting a set of four but im worried about extra stress on bearings? i looked around on here and cant find a thread to explain this...also is an alignment required

I ran spidertrax wheel spacers (hub centric) on my 2009 for 3 years/60,000 miles with no problems.
