i should start doing hamburger too..

i don't do pastas..but not eating is your problem sounds like..common for us though..

i used to never eat breakfast(which sucks as i love breakfast) and only ate a huge ass lunch and then small dinner..now i eat lunch and dinners pretty big if i can..depends on my mood...and if i went to the gym that day or not..
