Two weeks. 3,000 miles. Arizona to Cabo and back, the long way. Crossed the peninsula five times. Countless panaderias, taquerias, cervesas, and playas...

Had the opportunity to spend another two weeks on the peninsula in 2015. A friend had a wedding in Cabo, and it was pretty easy to justify another trip. Ran a much different setup this time, and it was another great experience. Happened to catch the 500 this time too. Enjoy.

Not sure if this link will work, but hoping it gives a general idea. Less highway than just sticking to Hwy 1 the whole way- quite a bit of dirt, some rock, lots of beach. Just included most of the main roads that will get you mountains, desert, beach... and countless places to turn off to find your own secluded mile of empty beachfront. Minimum two weeks. Bring snorkel gear or a surfboard, depending on which coast you want to stick to. The Nat Geo adventure maps are a good start, and the Moon Baja guidebook.

Sweet times... nothing is better than Baja for off road adventure, camping and 4WD Tacomas!
I have 3 Baja trips planned next month, so stay tuned for trip reports!
