Toyota Towing Converter

Tundra peeps, I can't believe this, but google is not coming up with anything.

My brother gave me a couple of these units when a shop he worked for closed down. Its made by Denso, is a factory Toyota part and is labeled as a "Toyota Towing Converter". It has various numbers on it:
61985-77010
061800-8110
PBT-GF30
08943-34810
061800-0210
And a harness with the numbers too eroded off.

Google doesn't pop anything up, but he said it was an add on for a towing package. Its a harness and electronics unit that doesn't have any controls on it. Picture is uploaded. WTF is this thing?

Cool

Brake system thing that I can't remember the name of for the life of me...

Except, are the black coiled tubing a part of it?

EDIT:Brake controller. But that is a guess. I think you should give me a free one if I got this right

I found a thread on custom tacos that had some info- amazed at how little info overall on this thing- thread HERE.

I guess it simply controls brake lights, pretty lame for what looks like a pricey and intrusive install, and it seems they couldn't even get it right (had to make a TSB and new model).

I guess you were wrong, I wish it controlled brakes as well, then I save on buying an aftermarket one. But, I'm sitting on so many of these things, PM me your address, I'll send one over.
