You can use the auto-adjusting mechanism and do it real easy. Find an open SAFE parking lot or long street. Come to a stop and put it in reverse. Accelerate to about 10 MPH and then apply the brakes hard, but not enough to lock up or engage the ABS system. The mechanism will self adjust a little bit at a time, so you may need to do this as many as 8-10 times. Eventually you will feel a difference in the pedal. Then you are finished.

I'm assuming the same applies to tacos? I adjusted mine way in to get the drums back on assuming they would auto adjust. I don't feel any difference in the pedal but have no e brake now (the whole reason I took them apart was to loosen it because it was dragging hard). I tried backing up but it was slowly and only like once. I was gonna manually adjust them but I suppose I'll try anything to avoid dealing with that stupid star wheel.

I bought some rotors off of ebay and they were pretty cheap, they warped after a few months, then I found Luk Schaffer Brake rotors on sports brake rotors and I have couldn’t be happier. I got a set of BLACK XD Brakes and installed them on my Toyota Tundra and they're simply amazing.
