URD pulley question

Does anyhone know what else has to be done in reguards to tuning when installing the URD smaller pulley?

http://www.urdusa.com/Pulleys-Supercharger-Pulleys/c102_108/p1260518952/2.85%22-Press-on-pully-for-1GR-TRD-Supercharger/product_info.html?osCsid=g5u2spj7m91vlplt95csa479e 2

Is there any required tuning? Smaller belt size?

Most importantly for me, will it pass california emissions still?

thanks!

That pulley works with the stock size belt.

It is not CARB legal, but it is designed to look exactly like the stock one and has the stock part number etched into its face so no one will know you swapped it.
