So I plan on boosting my 2014 DCSB. Just want to confirm: new headers won't do a whole bunch while a bigger Y-pipe will help a whole lot? I have a TRD CAT back on right now… if this is true, a Y-pipe looks like it is in my near future.

Theoretically you will gain the most power from whichever you do first whether that be headers or Y pipe. Especially on a boosted truck they are both choke points. People have gotten about 15 hp with just a headers change, and people have also gotten 15 with the Y pipe change. Put them both on and you probably won't see 30. If someone asked me one or the other and they were not boosted, I would say Y pipe. If you're boosted it's a toss up, although I tend to lean towards headers. That being said I still have the stock Y pipe with the cats cut out of it...

With the long tubes and simulators do the emission monitors show all complete? Or are there a few monitors incomplete?

    Yes.

We have a production prototype ready for final test fitting before we make the production run.

I had a guy lined up but I have lost touch with him.

I shipped the headers out to the Orange County CA area and that is where they are now. Looking for someone out there looking to help us out before I have them shipped back here.

Sounds good, thanks for the quick reply!
If you can't find anyone there (i'm sure you will though) i'd be able to do a test fit, unless the help you were looking for was something different than feedback on fitment with spacing measures and pictures.
