anyone shop with usatruck.net

Has anyone here ever purchased anything from usatruck.net i ordered a dynolock from them last thursday, the guy Jim emailed me and said both types of shipping to canada come with a tracking number and the lock would be shipped within 24 hours of payment. So I thought great that settled some doubt in my mind about his site. friday went by, sat sun, no tracking number. So I email him and asked him whats up, he gave me a tracking number when I enter it at usps.com this is what comes up:

Class: First-Class Mail International
Service(s): International Letter
Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 28, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.

So I have no idea if the post office has the item, and another concern is the item is listed as a letter instead of a parcel. its 4 week shipping to canada because I dont pick up the truck until the end of the month.

Am I being paranoid, I have been screwed before mainly on ebay, or should I just ask for a refund? and if he refuses call my credit card company and start a reversal of funds.
Anyone have any feedback on this guy to settle my nerves down? or atleast push me towards a refund. I have a very bad vibe coming from him.

thanks

The USPS doesn't update their tracking info very quickly in my experience.

Never heard of the seller, though that doesn't mean much probably.

Good luck.
