    I know many of the LT guys are familiar with Mike's work at Defined Engineering.
    I was looking for a serviceable replacement shackle and happened upon Mike's website while searching here on TW.
    While DE is not an official vendor here on TW it was obvious after looking though his products that he's quite a talented fabricator.
    I called his Business # and Mike himself answered. I placed my order and less than a week later my new shackles arrived.:D

    The welds are impeccable and these new shackles are super beefy.:cool:

    My hats off to Defined Engineering for a great product at a great price with fast shipping and excellent customer service. :thumbsup:

    Mike makes both actually... These are stock length but I believe he will build to suit.

    That should be a fun install. Get well soon, I just had some surgery done in May (appendix) the hardest part was taking it easy.

    He has the two types and don't think he does custom ones. Non the less its a good product.


    I've met mike many times and have a few friends with his stuff both the shackles and the SUA kit. Top notch stuff and an all around good guy.

    These don't require a shackle fip, correct? I like the idea of a greasable shackle, might have to look into this as long as the flip kit isn't required.

    Flex! Increased range of motion means your tires can stay in contact with the ground over gnarlier terrain and/or at higher speeds (assuming the rest of your suspension is good enough to keep up).
