I get the same. I had a great talk with Billy a month ago and he was going to get in touch with me the following week when a part was completed. I've called his number multiple times, went to the "contact" link on his website and PMed him over the past couple weeks but have not received a response yet.

So, Billy has moved shopped in the past couple of weeks and all his contact stuff has changed because of it. I have no idea what the new number is. Did you try the number I posted above?

But he did ship my stuff out when it was supposed to go out, Fastenal just dropped the ball on it.

Little worried. His speed dial # no longer works which I think was his shop # that I could always get a hold of him on and would call me back on. I called his web # and left a VM there. Bumper was supposed to ship out today and wanted to confirm that it did and wanted to let Fastenal know on my end with some of the stuff I have been hearing from you guys.

Hey got a question for you guys.... my bumper is on its way and I was wanting to go ahead and order a couple shackles for it... what shackles are you guys running, i know billy told me the recovery points are designed for a 3/4 shackle with a 7/8 pin.... i don't know however what that is supposed to mean. I am just used to referring to shackles by weight ratings where i work. so I thought i would reach out and see what you guys are running.

7/8in pin is the diameter of the pin that will go through the recovery point. There are many options of makers who make pins.(I have gotten my sets thru billy to ease the hassle)

yeah i didnt know he sold them and the bumper shipped this past friday so I guess it is a bit too late for that. what kind of shipping times should I expect, I realize its fastenal and there is no such thing as tracking, but about how many days are you guys experiencing for shipping to central time zone?

I was driving through Portland the other day and stopped at the 7-11. An older Toyota pulled up and parked alongside me. The driver pops his head out and asks me where I got my front and rear bumpers :).

So I parked in downtown Powell yesterday and I'm in the Verizon store when this guy goes to park next to me and hits my truck! WTF! Luckily I have a bruteforce bumper! :D

Didn't leave a dent just scraped the paint. His truck on the other hand had a dent.

It's funny how that seems to happen right when guys on here get bumpers or sliders. Everyone now wants to get up in your space lol!

That's awesome! You won against a heavy duty work vehicle. That's what I love about these bumpers - scrape them against something, throw on a little spray paint and back to new.
