    Bought a bed expander ($230)from TopLine 2 weeks ago. Great product but it came with a broken part. Sent the company an e-mail asking did they want to send me a replacement or should I send the complete unit back. No response so I sent a "second request". Still no answer so I called the company. They said they would take care of the problem. Still no response so I sent them a third e-mail. My guess is they will never honor their warranty so I'm stuck with a broken expander. I'm in the process of making my own part and should be done in a week or so. Find another product as Topline is just into manufacturing and selling not into customer serivice.
