Enough is enough. I'm tired of contacting you via PM for status, only to get another empty promise. It's been almost 5 months, and I still don't have my complete order. I understand there are certain things you can't control. However, I think I've been very accommodating and patient with you and your business. Please no more promises via PM or even telephone (which you never picked up the few times I tried, except for one time you had your wife called back instead). Send me the full refund OR post the shipping tracking info here in this post if you decide to ship out the remaining items instead. I think your potential customers deserve to know how you can still right this ship.

In case you're still surprised that I'm calling you out, please review the timeline of events below and tell me if I'm still being an overreacting dickhead.

09/14/14 - Order placed for a set of sliders. Payment paid in full, including tax and shipping to CA.

11/14/14 - PM to SOS for status (8-week promise time has reached)

11/15/14 - PM from SOS: shipping issues with FedEx, will have to go with UPS instead.

11/17/14 - PM to SOS for status of shipping arrangement with UPS

11/18/14 - PM from SOS: going ahead with UPS and SOS will eat the difference. Cost $180 (compared to $150 as charged)

11/21/14 - PM to SOS for status again

11/21/14 - PM from SOS: items shipped, will email tracking info in morning.

11/24/14 - PM to SOS for status of the tracking info promised 3 days ago

11/25/14 - PM from SOS: tracking number xxxxx...

Here's the funny thing. I checked the tracking info, and it said the package was shipped/billed on 11/24/14, not 11/21/14 as told. But whatever, at least it's on its way.

12/02/14 - UPS delivered only one slider. The passenger side slider and all the hardware are missing. Driver said that's all he got.

12/03/14 - SOS contacted UPS and was told to file a claim, which could take up to a couple weeks to process.

12/08/14 - PM from SOS: nothing from UPS still

12/17/14 - 2 weeks has passed since the UPS claim. PM to SOS asking for replacement slider and hardware. Response from SOS: OK, will build a new one and ship out.

12/19/14 - PM to SOS for estimate time of the replacement.

12/20/14 - PM from SOS: replacement will be done the week after Christmas

01/05/15 - PM to SOS for status of replacement

01/05/15 - PM from SOS: will ship this week

01/09/15 - PM to SOS for status

    --- (No response from SOS)

01/13/15 - PM to SOS for status

01/15/15 - PM from SOS: offer to refund the full amount paid instead. UPS no longer wants to ship big items.

01/15/15 - PM to SOS to check other shipping companies, especially Greyhound. SOS offered to check with Greyhound shipping, since the replacement slider is already built and is sitting in the shop, waiting to be shipped.

01/20/15 - PM to SOS for status

01/21/15 - PM from SOS: just got quote from Greyhound, waiting for paperwork.

01/23/15 - PM to SOS for status check. Also asked to have refund instead if the new shipping route is too much trouble.

01/26/15 - PM from SOS: all paperwork is done, scheduled ship date of 02/06/15 with Greyhound

02/05/15 - PM to SOS to confirm if shipment date is still one. Response from SOS on same day: "Yup, just gotta bubble wrap it and it's gone."

So, today is already 02/10/15. I don't want to send PM to ask about that 02/06/15 ship date anymore. If you somehow can show me that it's already shipped out on that date and you just forgot to let me know, then I'll run outside and lick off all the rust and dirt on the other piece of slider in my backyard and continue to wait. But I highly doubt that's the case at this point.

I think you're missing some emails in there Luke. After I offered to refund the whole amount you said you just wanted the other slider. Which I went with the grey hound route and i did drop it off on the 6th. The tracking is in the other truck. When my wife comes to pick up the kids I'll get it out and send it to you

Wow dude. Issues arise when shipping big items. Especially shipping across country.
