Has anyone ordered from these guys? I ordered the digital fit liners and its been two weeks. Their phone number puts you on hold forever and no email replies from customer service. Anyone else have an issue with them?

I ordered from AutoPartsWarehouse.com on Jan 3rd, and still have not received mine yet. Apparently, no matter where they are ordered from, they go directly to McNeil and ship from there. McNeil makes a great product, but their communication sucks!

You can order directly from Husky Liners website and have your liners usually shipped the same day. And they're actually a better product for less money. Just my .02

They charged me the minute I ordered as well. No communication whatsoever. Does it really take 3 weeks to mold a piece of rubber?

I ordered the same liners. It took exactly 3 weeks to get. On MacNeil's website it says 7 to 10 business days to get a FedEx tracking number and another 5 days for FedEx to deliver it.
I ordered a motorcycle helmet from ebay, the guy shipped it from Japan and I got it in 4 days.

Yeah..Better if you don't mind the fact they aren't really custom fit.

The weather tech mats are worth the wait. They are always a bit slow on getting the mats out- But they do come and they are great.

It took me 3 weeks to get mine. Never got a tracking number or anything but well worth the wait.

First week of Jan. I ordered a set. Haven't heard a word. CC was charged immediately. Do they have that much backlog? If I had known it was going to take so long, I might have ordered a different brand. Have you guys received yours?

Weathertech is about 4 weeks out from order to ship expecially for front mats.

There was a sale on Cabela's TrailGear mats which is produced and drop shipped by McNeil, so their a bit behind with their own orders and reseller orders.

I ordered mine on January 3rd and received them January 29th. Both fronts and back fit my 2010 Access cab perfectly. The Weathertech floor Liners are worth the money and the wait (IMHO).

Michelin 265/75/16 MS2's, Grillcraft MX series/TOYOTA badging. FJ/SE TRD Anthracite gray wheels. Katzkin leather/heated seats.
Very slooooooooooooooooooooow process. I guess they will be worth the wait. And they did reply to my second email. They must be hand carving each mat.

If you order from Mcneil Automotive prepare to wait a few weeks.
