    Okay, I am not razzing them (yet).

    Ordered a tonneau on may 30. A week ago I asked for tracking and they said it would ship on the 17th. Now I am waiting for the second tracking response (just sent two minutes ago). Any one else have a good/bad experience???

    PS - I would really like to get my tonneau...........

    So I never received a reply to my second traching request and I never received a tracking number. My tonneau cover did however arrive and it was as ordered. I am uncertain if I will do business with them again as the customer service which I received was very poor. (my .02)

    i'm sorry man, I hear a lot of these kind of stories...its sad really, that these places can't (won't) take care of there customers

    I bought a set of wheels and then a set of tires from them. Great service no problems. Their website does say not to ask for a tracking number for 7 days. Not sure why this is. I did call after I placed the order and talked to Jose. Very nice guy. He gave me a ship date and it was actually early. I dont think they stock everything they sell. Mine was dropped shipped from the manufacture.

    I bought a set of wheels from them too. I also noticed that "don't ask for tracking number for 7 days" thing & couldn't understand why but whatevers.

    Ordered a few weeks ago, if they were to have shipe a day or two after I placed the order, I was expecting them to be delivered the following Monday or Tues. Well the Friday prior, I received an email with tracking & they were delivered that same day. But instead of shipping from FL, they were shipped from CA the day before. I forget the name of the warehouse though.

    In my experience I would say it wasn't great or bad customer service but I did get my order in a time frame that I was expecting.

    I ordered my wheels from them and recieved them by the end of the week. I was very satisfied with their service so I bought my 35s from them. I waited 6 business days. I'll be doing business with them again in the future when it is time for a winch.

    This is a late follow up. Anyway, got it after 4 weeks!!! It is perfect and what I ordered, I am not accustomed to waiting this long when ordering anything online. Will I do business with them again? Probably not.

    :confused: So I am a dumbass, I did post my reply when I got it. Go figure. A little too much smoke when I was young I guess. :eek:
