toyota tacoma lift kit
 
i have a 2000 toyota tacoma 4x4 4cyl currently stock height, i want to put a 3 inch suspension lift on it but the suspension lifts kits are pretty expensive. and put 33's under it, any suggestions? anyone,

i really dont want to put a body lift on, (i think they look stupid as hell)

You can check out an inexpensive toytec lift. http://www.toyteclifts.com/index.php...mart&Itemid=72
Here's one that has spacers, rear AAL and shocks for no more than 400

We can set you up with an inexpensive option like the 2.5" Daystar Suspension lift. Or the Bilstein 5100s front and rear with an aal would also be an excellent choice for a 2.5" lift.

Most people will run a 285/75R16 tire to avoid severe rubbing issues.

how much of a lift would i need to squeeze 33"s?

2.5-3 inches but youd have to trim a little bit
