Can you get the valve stem embedded more inside the rim so rocks wont kill it? That's the only reason Im leaning away from these and it's upsetting because I want the Bronze Matte ones

I can provide you with some really short valve stems (you won't be able to use TPMS with different valve stems, but then again if you are doing the type of rock crawling that would lead to valve stems being broken, you probably are airing down and not using the function of the TPMS as it is). Of course there are additional adapters that you can order to mount the TPMS to the barrel of the wheel so that you can use a different valve stem and still have TPMS functionality. I can help set you up with whatever your needs require.

Your best bet for rock crawling is a specialty, flush mount / low-profile valve stem with adapter such as this:

    http://www.gorilla-auto.com/valve-stems

I haven't had any reports of customers breaking off stock or standard TR-413 length valve stems with this wheel or the other two similar designs that I sell (FN Wheels BFD or Konig Countersteer Offroad). I also have beat on my wheels pretty good, and I haven't broken a stem.

Are these covered by any warranty? For how long/miles? If so, what do I need to do in the event of a problem? I ask only because I bought some wheels only to find 5k miles down the road (after the rears were rotated on the front) that one wheel was out of round. Since it already had 5k miles, I wasn't covered.

I'd like a shipping quote too. PM sent.

Also, it's been awhile since I ordered wheels. How is the offset compared to the stock 2011 TRD OffRoad wheels? With a zero offset, how will these sit? Wider or narrower stance? Thanks.

Thank you for your interest in our wheels, and thank you for the good questions.

All Konig Wheels are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty, unlimited mileage. This warranty does cover wheels that are out-of-round as long as there are no signs of impact damage (i.e. you hit something in the road). The warranty does not cover damages to the finish that are not related to workmanship (i.e. road debris, rock chips, improper cleaning solvents, salt, etc.).

Overall Konig is very fair with the warranty when applicable, but I've had next to zero need for warranty claims for Konig truck wheels. If there is a blemish from transit or damage from loading/unloading we find it and return the wheel to Konig before sending the wheels. Every single wheel is inspected by us prior to shipping, and we ship all wheels very well packed and secure to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. If there is a manufacturer defect that we miss, and you alert us as quickly as possible, we will make sure you're taken care of.

Furthermore, if you'd like, I can check all four wheels on my balancer prior to shipping to you. This will show if a wheel is out of round, and of course if it is out of round I will not ship it to you (or anyone else). The tire shop that installed your previous wheels should have known that wheel was out of round, and they should have told you before you ever drove on it. An out of round wheel will wobble on the balancing machine.

Compared to 2011 TRD Offroad wheels with specs of 16x7" +32mm offset, the Konig Six Shooter wheels will sit outward (wider) approximately 2.25".

PM sent to you with a shipping quote as well. Thanks again! :)
