    Hi,

That's correct. $775 shipped within the continental USA for a set of four (plus tax for California residents). :)

I think this would be a great color combo! I can't seem to find any photos. Maybe you can be the first one to post photos? :)

Looks awesome! We'd love to see more photos. Thank you again very much for your order!

    E-mails sent to you. :)

    Looks great Rob! Thank you!

    :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:

How've you been man? I love your truck (and your backyard too)! I couldn't get over how nice you landscaped it when I delivered your wheels.

We have a new fitment for the 16x8" Five Star that will be released very soon:

    • Diameter: 16"
    • Width: 8"
    • Offset: 0mm
    • Backspacing: 4.5"
We will continue to offer the 16x8" / -25mm offset / 3.52" back spacing Five Stars for our customers who are looking for an aggressive fitment, and of course we will continue to offer the 17x8.5" / -6mm offset / 4.5" back spacing Five Stars as well.

The new fitment (16x8" / 0mm / 4.5") will be a great addition to our Five Star lineup for customers who are looking for a slightly more conservative fitment (compared to the 16x8" / -25mm offset). Here's a sample photo from our final prototype of the new offset / backspacing option:

Sorry this one has probably been beaten to death many times but i cannot recall seeing specs on it, I think they are Falken 285's...? Those look like the 16" -25mm? Can someone confirm?

Thanks, looking to get in touch with Tacoma Town soon!

Sorry for my late reply! Yes, those are 285/75R16 Falken all terrain tires (Rocky Mountains I believe, but if you can't find the Rocky Mountains the Wild Peaks by Falken are comparable).

The wheels are the 16x8" / -25mm offset FN Wheels Five Stars in matte bronze.

    Glad you like them. :)

Spoke with you on the phone. Thanks for calling me! :)

Thanks Bob! For quite some time we've wanted to also offer a less aggressive option than only the -25mm offset, but it took a little while to get the design just right with the 0mm offset.

Not a problem. We sell singles all the time. Thanks for sending your brother down this weekend! Too bad we didn't get to meet up and talk again, but I'm sure I'll run into you sometime in the future on a trail somewhere. :)

We are just starting to ship the first 16x8" / 0mm offset Five Stars, so we hope to have photos in the coming weeks. I will try to see if I can't mount up a set and do a photo shoot on one of the Tacomas here very soon.

If you're looking for a visual reference to compare the track width (stance) with the -25mm offset with a 0mm offset, you can definitely use our 16x8" Konig Countersteer Offroad (0mm offset) thread for reference and compare it to the photos of the trucks here with the 16x8" -25mm offset FiveStars.

For now, I just have these photos of the 16x8" / 0mm offset Five Stars on a Super White Tacoma that one of my first customers submitted to me (thank you for submitting them Brian!):

Hi Everyone! Here are some more photos of the new offset for the 16x8" Five Stars (0mm offset / 4.5" backspacing). I took these photos in different lighting environments and at different angles to try to give everyone a really good idea of how the colors look and the shape of the wheel.

So whats the status. I might make a drive up soon.

What prompted the second size offering? In which cases do you recommend either size?

If you are referring to what prompted the second offset of the wheel 0 vs -25mm . The -25 looks mean and pokes out far, which means it has a very high potential of contact to the flare and fender area when suspension is compressed and wheel is turned. The new 0 offset will allow for the people that love the look of the wheel and don't want the aggressive offset.

I run the -25 on my old 4runner and it doesn't rub, but on my Tacoma with 33s and a lift, it still rubs the flare and Cab mount.

    Hopefully I answered your question.

Basically im fine with rubbing and trimming i used to have a honda. I dont want to buy a wheel that straight up doesnt fit.

I like to go out to the desert and fully cycle the suspension. I dont want to have to order glasss fenders bc of the wheel.

However i prefer the look and handling of the high offset.

If you were buying them again which size would you choose?
