Maybe this is a dumb question, sorry if it is. How do you do/get the red stipe around the wheel lip. Is it painted on/ adhesive stipe/ aftermarket strip/ or on the wheel as purchased? I have those Nitto TG's and those look like Konig CS offroads and I have not see that as an option on those. (stole the pic from iamrayzian's build)

There is the odd wheel that has a stripe, but most will be custom. I have always loved the way the stripe looks, especially red. If you had a steady hand you could probably do it yourself, but chances are it will turn out better if you take it somewhere and have it masked/sprayed on.

Thats from my Old 16' Konig Countersteers

Its a kit from Pep Boys for $14.99

I've had people ask me where I got them custom painted at. They look like paint and actually if done right. They will look better. Its Red with a nice clear coat on top that makes it look like paint.

    1. Clean off the rims surface with alcohol.

    2. You'd need to leave your truck out direct Sunlight for 1-2hrs in 80+degree weather to heat up the rims.

    3. Then carefully apply it on.

If you take the rims off with a heat gun. That will be much better.

Here it is on my 17's

With a little patience it can be done with adhesive vinyl. I did it this way on my motorcycle. They came out perfect.
