What width wheels should i get for my tacoma??

i have a 2007 TRD off road tacoma with 16" wheels with LT265/75R16 tires, im looking to get the the same size wheel so i can keep the brand new tires what width wheel should i get??

I've got 16x10s but I had to trim a little and lift the front to keep it from rubbing at full lock. But I love the way it looks
