? rims and tires

I have 215/70/15 stock rims on my 08 taco access.
Im thinking about running 19x8.5 +35 offset or a 18"x7 +42 offset...and im looking to fill most of the wheel gap but not totally. not lowering or lifting. What size tires should i run?

DR8?

or..

xxr 962?
