My Texas Edition SR5 came stock with these 20" wheels. They are great and look outstanding. I dont know what tire it came with, but it has Goodyear Wrangler SR-A on it now. My problem is traction in wet weather. I just barely accelerate and they spin. Even at highway speeds if i have to punch it for any reason, they break traction without even trying to gain speed. I haven't had trouble with it stopping, thanks to ABS.
I do know a little about tires from selling and installing them for 11 years. But that was 15 years ago.
I know there is a tire designed to perform best on this truck in this size. I just havent found it yet.

    Any suggestions?

Probably just ask a good tire store. All your going to get here is people saying that big of rim is ridiculous. Good Luck

Thanks for the input Rob. Already checked with a couple places. The usual response is, not sure, but this one I carry "should do real good".
As far as looking ridiculous..... to each his own. Not every member here is an offroad enthusiast.

I'd checkout what's on the new taco's. I think they get the TOYO brand...
