Yeah I know it was pretty steep for those 285's. I'm sure there are better deals for BFG out there. I just didn't want to order tires online, pay for shipping plus mounting and balancing it would've come out to the same price anyway.

Hey man I can't post pictures quite yet. For now I'd check out this thread: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/wheels-tires/46280-front-wheel-well-trimming.html It's a good example of what you'll have to do once you plus size your meats.

I REALLY like the way your truck looks! It's bad ass! I think the 18's look good with that tire combo. I'm glad you didn't go with 20's since I just don't think they look good on a Tacoma at that size plus you lose ride quality. Have you thought about color matching the star on the wheels white or blacking them out like the rest of the wheel?

Can't remember where I saw it but someone had those wheels on a speedway blue Tacoma and color matched the star blue and it looked real good and clean! Brought the whole truck together. :):):)

Thanks man I appreciate it! Yeah that's acually the next thing to be done. I'm not a fan of chrome at all so this weekend I'm painting the stars flat black to match the rest of the wheel. They pop out of the center cap for an easy paint job. I appreciate the compliments!

Dude, I commend you for taking pride in your truck and wanting to personalize it, but I think the Rockstars are played out. I did however see a machined face Rockstar face with a black lip that looked ok. Again, props for personalizing your truck, and thank you for defending our country!

Thanks for your input. People either like them or dont. I personally think that they look awesome on a white taco but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Thank s for your appreciation!

My thoughts exactly. Yeah, there's a SWB that painted the star blue. I think painting the star white would be killer. It looks great as-is BTW though
