Will 265 75 17's On FJ's Rub On Stock Suspension?

I have found a brand new set of FJ wheels and tires but am concerned that the 265 75 17's will rub. My truck is an 09 SR5 with stock suspension.
Thanks for any experiences or input you can offer.

1. that tire size does not exist
2. 265/75/16s will not rub, nor will 265/70/17s
3. search function

The seller of said rims and tires now claims a mistake in the listing and now is listing them as as 265/70/17.

No wonder no information could be found using the SEARCH FUNCTION.
