Which rated General Grabbers should i get?

I'm looking at getting a set of General Grabber AT2s to replace my stocks. I'm just wondering if http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes is enough tire, or if i need to step up to the E rated. I don't do any off road, and would like to keep the ride as comfortable as possible. My only driving conditions will be rain/snow.

if you dont do any offroading, and don't haul anything heavy all the time, a lower rated tire will be fine and will run alot nicer on the highway
