Tire Size question

Trying to get some helpful information. What size tire can I pu on my taco if I put some 18" rims with a 3" lift?

With sufficient thrust, pigs fly just fine.

I have no rubbing with this set up. 285/70r/17 Maxxis buckshot mudders and 7089 pro comps.
