Lift Sorted Now its Tires.....(what a compex project)

I have my lift and suspension parts list all sorted out thanks to the help of everyone on here. Now I am just deciding on rims and tires, I like an all black theme that I have going on the truck. Here is what I am thinking of for rims:



As for a tire that is where I am stuck, I have my list down to the following tires:

Nitto Terra Grapplers (285/70/17)
Mickey Thompson MTZ (285/70/17)
Nitto Trail Grappler (295/70/17)

I have heard the terra tires are a little weak off road and the MTZ are a good balance tire but the trails handle the best off road. Can I fit the 295 on my truck with a 3" lift and aftermarket bumper or am I going to have to hack and chop the crap out of it to make them fit, if so are the MTZ the best compromise for all aspect considered. ​
