Is a 5X4.5 bolt pattern the same as a 5X114?

I would like to get the KMC Enduros for my 2010 5 lugger.

I called and went on Tire Rack's website and verified that the 15X7's will fit.
Tire rack lists the bolt pattern as 5X114.

I looked around on the internet and saw the same exact rims for $78 cheaper, but it lists the bolt pattern as 5X4.5.

I think after doing research in the tire wheel section that 5X4.5 is the bolt pattern size in inches and 5X114 is the size of the bolt pattern in MM's. Is this correct? I just want to make sure before I order them.

Backspacing and offset measurements are the same for both websites.

I thought this was the case, but when I called one of the websites where I wanted to buy another wheel, they said that even though I had the right bolt pattern of 5X4.5, I need to actually get 5X114. Thanks again!
