Sorry if this has been covered before i couldnt quite find exactly what i was looking for. Im looking to get some new rims for my 2010 the rims in question come in 16x8 and 16x10 the guy at les schwab said the 16x8s would looks basically stock and the 16x10 would stick out way to far. So what do people do ? im not going to a bigger rim and i do plan on doing a leveling kit. I dont understand why i cant get a rim that makes the tire stick out a little bit just to look a little better, and insight would be greatly appreciated . thanks.

Icon Ext Travel w/ Resi Front and rear, Dakar leaf springs, total chaos UCA's, color matched rear bumper, color matched satoshi grille with black chrome TRD emblem, konig countersteer offroads (black) w/ 285/75 Duratracs, sockmonkey Trailiens 3rd tail light cover, Tacomaworld.com sticker (made by me), debadged all around, Relentless Front Bumper, Sliders, Rear bumper, and bed bars with Yakima rack w/ full size spare, shovel, hi-lift
my konig countersteers are 16x8 with i believe a 4.5 backspacing. they stick out of the wheel well about an inch or so. I have absolutely no problems with them and it looks much better with them sticking out. gives it a little bit of a meaner stance.
