Anybody have the Cooper STs?

Anybody have the Cooper STs? What are your thoughts on them?

 

I do in 255/85/16.

They are pretty loud on the road but do really good offroad. Just air them down and I can go through almost anything.

I have about 3k miles on them and they barely have any wear on them, hopefully they do 40k miles.

 

I do and I freaking love them! I have a couple hundred miles on them. On road they ride well and perform very well offroad.

what psi are you running them on the street?

 

Cool I'm thinking about getting these in 33x12.5x15.

 

But The Duratracks Are The Best

 

about 40 on the front and 37 on the rear. I still need to do the chalk test to see the proper PSI because I think I have too much on the rear. Im going to rotate them when I change the oil in about 200 more miles so Ill get the pressure dialed in then.

 

And how about thses in the winter conditions (snow, packed snow, ice)? They must be decent for me to get them, also I saw that they are able to add studs. I would also sipe these.

 

I have seen lots of people sipe the center lugs

They are also studdable so I would guess the winter performance is pretty decent but I have not had a chance to try them in snow yet.

 

When I first installed them those little threads sticking out worse so quickly on the inside and and werent even touched on the outside. That was at 40psi so i changed it to 35 but still need to do the chalk test also.

 

Yeah I may have dropped it to 35 but it was a few months ago so I can't remember. I'll get on top of it this weekend.

 

I should also so I can wear them in properly and so they dont turn to crap

I had the Bridgestone Revos and liked them, but wanted a more aggressive tread. I have had the Coopers for 3 weeks now and like them a lot. Not too noisy on the hwy.
