07 tacoma trd dbl LBox 4x4

getting ready to huck a move

What is the reccomended caliper clearance from the rim?
what is the minimum clearance?

I'm talking 07 Tacoma TRD came with 265/65r/17 and I'm putting 265/70r/16 in it with what I think are Tundra rims. (don't say Tundra or Toyota on them)

They do have stamps on the rims as follows

23 MR EW
T 16 x 7 J DOT CMC 306 NEW 27
What do these stamps mean?
any ideas appreciated
