I went in to discount tire to order some pro comp 7089s 16" for my '06 dc 4x4 taco and was told that pro comp told them that the 7089 6883 won't fit. They say there is a clearance issues w the calipers. Can others confirm or deny this? Once they are ordered I can't return if they don't fit. A few posts I saw from searching gave this as the right rim for our trucks... Confused I am.

    x2 on what Solus694 said.

I just bought some a few weeks ago...They are only $99.00 at Costco but the retard there refused to order them for me. I found a local shop to price match and they fit fine. I have more clearance with the calipers than I did with the American Racing Mojave's.

The guy at pro comp said that rims will fit but when u put on new brake pads they will cause calipers to interfere w rims. I ordered them any way. Anyone put new pads on that has 16" pro comps?
