    I'm looking at buying,

    MOTO METAL - M0951 BLACK
    17x9

    FIRESTONE - DESTINATION A/T
    P285/70R17

I have a 2009 pre-runner with a 3 inch lift will these rub on turning and if so would spacers help and how big would be advised, or would 16x9 wheels and tyres just be a better solution.
    But would prefer the 17,s
    All advice welcome

you will have to trim the inside of the front fenders but you will still probably rub but its pretty minor. go with the 17x9's with a 4.5 inch backspacing

well the 4.5 inch back spacing will give you a wider stance on their own.

Spacers on top of the 4.5" backspacing would likely make the rubbing worse.
