Would like to know if anyone here are running these tires with a 6" lift on a 2nd Gen Tacoma. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Thinking about running these tires but would like to see how it looks on a Tacoma first. From what I've been hearing folks have had rubbing issues when running a 35" tire with a 6" lift. The 305/65R18 is closer to a 34" tire and may help with rubbing issues. Just don't like the look of a 33" tire on a 6" lift. Thanks again and hope I can get some help regarding this.

You're gonna get shitty gas mileage, and your speedo will be way off. Wouldn't hurt to re gear if you're goin that big, and if you are doing any off roading, you're gonna rub a shit ton. But but for looks, good to go!

There are tons of threads here, try searching for them.

you will probably rub a lot, I ended up trimming the inner fender lining and the fender with my dremel.

o yeah I have 6" lift and the rubbing only came at full turn, but when it rubbed it sounded like my fender was gonna get ripped off b/c my tires.

I think solus694 is running that size in a 17 W/4.5"lift and has no rubbing.

I have 305/65/17 BFG AT which is a ~33" on RCD 4.5" lift... about 1" smaller than the tires you want... I have no rubbing... so you'll probably have no rubbing with 6"

But you have a whopping 325 and only rubbed at full turn, correct?

So i shouldnt be TOO bad off with a 305-60-18, dont ya think?

So, I shouldnt be rubbing much more than some plastic shit with a 305-60-18 on 3in lift if you're not rubbing at all on 305-65?

Do you have any pics of your truck onthose tires??? Id like to see more pics of 305s on these 3in-4in trucks, but hardly see anyone on 305s

im thinking you will rub a little at full turn with 305's and 3" lift. to me trimming the fender and lining is no big deal but I have no idea if that setup will hit the cab-body mount.

I have 325/65/18 Nitto Terra Grappler on mine, apparently mine runs wider than normal 35. I had to do a few trimming but i ONLY rub on full turns at speeds higher than 10 mph. I can drive in a parking garage and lock my steering wheel at speeds less than 10mph without any bumps and not rub.
