265 or 285 HELP?

Need your guys help. Looking to put new 285/75/16 on my truck. Currently have 265/75/16. Will it fit with a little cutting or no cutting at all? I took some pics just so you guys can see how it looks now with 265/75/16

how many inches of lift is that?

the 265's look good in the front, but they do look a little small in the back

What is the backspacing of your wheels, and how much lift do you have?

I am not to sure I just bought the truck. I think the back is 2" with a 1" AAL. Not to sure about backspacing. Can I check with the rim on the truck?

Yes, measure the distance from the back edge of the rim to the point that it mounts on the hub.
