(Tire Pressure) As good as the chalk test. Right ?

    I've read where to truly test if your tires are riding on the pressure they should be, one should put chalk across the tire, ride around and see where the wear is.
    Wife drove out to a friends house, dirt road, and back. All in all about 15 miles back to my house. I check out the rear tires and I see this.
    My rear tires here have too much air dont they ? Shouldnt I see the dirt wore off this tire all the way to the outter edge ?

    Goodyear Wranglers...M/T right?? If you air down that tire to get the corners of the lugs "clean" you are going to be chunking your tire up pretty quick I do believe.
