    NO! The paint will insulate against normal heat disapation resulting in blown seals, frozen caliper pistons and warped rotors!
    This is a common and well known FACT that is widely known through out the automotive service industry resulting in sudden and dangerous brake failue and rejected warranty claims!

    Its an epoxy based paint, the paint is only designed to resist the heat, but the paint acts like an insulator that holds the heat in.
    The brake caliper is designed and placed at its location so it cools off with constant air flow, the caliper seals, metal is not designed for constant heat all the time, and will break down and fail.
    Ask any experienced auto technician , they see that all the time
