17" or 20" wheels with A/T tires

I found some BBS wheels for sale. They come in 17" or 20". Either way I would like to put BFG KO on them. I just don't know which is better. What do you guys think.

I have the 20" Enkei's with 33" tires and I think they look great. I wouldn't go wheeling with them though. And I have the Coopers, the BFG's are ridiculously expensive especially for 20's

17" tires are readily available in a variety of style and tread patterns at reasonable prices...not so with 20"

However, at one time, I used to use plenty of 10.00x20 tires...split rim no less.

17". More rubber. Less Wheel. You don't use your wheels for grabbing terrain. You use your tires. When you find you need to deflate to get more traction with a 17" you can.

^^ imo more tire and less wheel looks better on these trucks, especially 4x4s. I wouldnt go 20s unless it was a street truck. To each their own
