Yes. Discount tire gave me a price of $600 out the door for 17x9's. That's tax, mount & balance and the lugs.

Are these fair prices all are without tires

 

Ah, thought you were Canada. There are Discount Tire stores in Vegas. I'd check them out. As I mentioned above I had a great quote, but I ended going with Pro Comp wheels through them, and those were $650 out the door. Now they did throw out a higher price at first but I after I told them what I was willing to pay they met me at those prices.

I have the kmc black hoss xd's. I am running 17x9 with a +18 offset. My local shop is a total rip off and always change their story but even they get them for 180 out the door. I have checked several other places and the best price i found for the 17x9 with a -12mm offset was 180 shipped from ebay. I would suggest you buy them off ebay, get the tires from tirerack and pay walmart to mount if your going to get hit with 220 a wheel.

4 x 180 is still 160 less than your going to pay now, walmart charged $20 to mount all 4 tires and tirerack was cheaper on tires than anywhere else in town.

Hell. I got the Hoss's for $139/ea @ Tirerack

 

i think tirerack has the dick cepek dc2's on sale now however im not sure how it works with shipping to canada etc.
