New Owner..Looking New Wheels

Just picked up a 2011 Tacoma SR5 Prerunner 2wd and looking for some new wheels. Just interested in looks..no off roading. Would like start with the use of current tires on new rims and then entertain the idea of new wheels/tires. I do not plan on lifting or changing anything else then just swapping out the wheels. Need to maintain the use of the TPMS also.
A set that I have looked at and like are the Moto Metal 950.

I have not a clus on the lug sizes/offsets..or any of this technical talk.
Have looked at a few websites, but need advise and help going with right wheel to fit without any effort except removing the old one and slapping on the new one and setting up the TPMS system.

Thx...have looked around and found some info.
I know its personal opinion, but will the Moto Metal 950 16x8 work with
the stock tires? or is there a better set of tires for these rims that might fill the wheel well better and not affect gas mileage to much?

Went to a local shop and got a quote for 18 ATX rims and tires for 2200.00
seems way high compared to online...is online a good or bad deal?
Seems to many things online can lead to a bad buy (wrong specs, used stock)
I would buy online if I knew the exact specs I needed fro a set of 18 or 20"
Rims and tires, but worried of ordering wrong rim and have to send back.
Thoughts?
