Why does the Tacoma TX Pro tires look wider??

Why does the Tacoma TX Pro tires look wider??

If you compare the tires of a TRD Offroad vs TX Pro the TX looks wider.

The tire size is the same as far as I know. Could it be because the wheel is wider in the TX Pro, therefore the tire is stretched?

IIRC, The wheels on teh TX Pro are of different offset than the OEM wheels.
