K&N Cold Air Intake A.R.E Truck Cap

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this site although I have used it in the past for advice. I've been looking at getting new tires and rims for a while now. I've narrowed it down to Moto Metal 909 17" and 285/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I do have a factory installed leveling kit. Will there be any issues with rubbing? Currently I have stock rims with 265/70/17 BFG tires.
