Hey, I have onesided tire wear on the front tires. Very bad wear on inside of passenger side tire, some wear on outside of driver side tire.

is this something other than just an alignment like something wrong with suspension?

    Thanks for the help

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
A problem with the suspension could lead to a bad alignment. Your best bet is to just have it aligned. The shop will tell you if something is wrong with the suspension components. By the sounds of it, you hit a curb.
