Just had my new XD Bully Wheels and 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers installed yesterday....pulled off the lot at 30mph wheel shaking pretty good. Went back this morning.....found out that they didnt balance the tires with the lug plate, they just put on the balancer through the hub....well they pulled them off and rebalanced with the lug plate, said they were way under balanced, put back on and drives like a dream now......make sure they balance your tires with the lug plate

It a hawkeye adapter instead of a cone to center the wheel on the balancer. Its a plate with 6 studs to simulate how the wheel would be on the truck when balancing.
