Uneven Tire Wear

    Hey guys,

    I have noticed that my front tires are getting worn out unevenly. Part of it is because I need to get the truck aligned again. A bad alignment can cause the outer edge to get worn out faster (I know)... BUT, why is the wear every other knob?

    You can see what I mean by the pictures.
    What can be the cause for this type of uneven tire wear?

    My truck now has 94k miles.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    THats called "Feathering". It happens from bad alignment, and not rotating tires in a timely manor.

    I know I need an alignment and tire rotation but I thought it might be due to a worn our ball joint or something of that sort. Thanks for explaining that guys!
