    actually......firestone, and a few people on here have them and love them. they are definitely a nice tire with some great looking tread.

    Anything with Goodyear, Michelin, BFG, Bridgestone, etc are overpriced. You can get a tire that will perform as good for substantially less $$$. One example would be the General Grabber AT2...same basic tread as a BFG AT with more tread depth and a lot less $$$. Shop around...there are a lot of off-brand tires made by the big companies that are very good quality.

    Quite honestly, it depends on the terrain you are off roading in. Here in AZ, My BFG's were horrible in the loose granite, and under water. They packed up in the mud........What kind of soil is in your area?
