I currently do not need new tires but there are some deals out there that are too good to pass on. So with that said, how and where should I store new tires? Also, how long will the new tires last stored away?

Put them in black plastic trash bags and store them in a cool dark place. You can spray them with a tire shine or Armorall before you put them in the bag also. Stack them on top of eachother like pancakes. That will prevent flat spots.
