255/85 backspacing experience?

Sorry, another 255 question: will a 255/85-16 with 4" backspacing be a big rubbing issue on a 3" lift?

I've seen plenty of 255s on the stockers with the 5.25 backspacing, just wondering what issues more backspacing will create with the tall-skinnys on a wider stance. Dose this mean more fender chopping and less b-mount chopping? er what?

Thanks in advance.

PS. pictures?
