    i am looking for help choosing tires i rilly like the baja claw ttc raidial but i hate the price. the good year mt/r with kevlar i like the tire but i hate the way they only go one way. what tire would you chose?

    imo the goodyear always wear down fast so id go with the baja

    How you gonna use 'em?

    I'm guessing the GoodYear MTR/Kevlars are a little quieter. I just ticked over 9000 miles on mine and going in for the second tire rotation. Lots of tread left but I'd need a tread gauge to figure out exactly how long I think they're gonna last and I haven't measured it.

    Get the ones you want. 40 bucks difference on a $250 dollar tire isn't that big a deal.

    Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
    I like the TTC's, but the MTRs would get my vote. They'd do better in the oregon weather, plus the TTC's are directional so you wouldnt be able to do the standard rotation pattern to get optimal wear, only front to back rotations.

    i am going to be doing a fare amount of off roading but 95% of the time i will be on road. i will most likely get the good year. because that is what my brother sick 3.4 tacoma is getting.

    for that much street use I would get an A/T.

    Ok I will go with the good year a/t tire. I am looking to get them mounted on Mickey thompson classic lock 2 in black 16/8" wheel's. What do you think about that tire and wheel combo?????????

    good wheel choice. Some 285's would look good with those.
