hey guys can anybody tell me if 15" wheels off a 94 tacoma4x4 will fit my 2011 tacoma,4x4?, i have read on here that some people are saying that no tacoma 4x4 came with 15" wheels which i know is not true at all,the 2011 base model tacoma4x4 i had out first before buying my sr5 had 15" steel wheels on it,my sr5 has 16" alloys,i'm looking for a set of 15" steel to use next winter, 15" wheels of a 93 4x4 tacoma wouldn't clear my calipers, anybody have any idea whar yr the 15" wheels start to fit my 2011,thanks,stephen

FYI the 1st gen Tacoma was introduced as a 1995 model. 1994 was still the Hilux/Truck model which did have 15" wheels. I know, my last truck was a 94 4x4 SR5.

Yes you CAN fit 15" wheels on a 2005+ 4x4 Tacoma.

Is it practical to make it work? Maybe, maybe not. Depends how bad you want to run 15's.

This same question comes up like most other questions about once every two days. There was a dude who had a 2005+ 4x4 Tacoma and had 15" steel wheels on it and he didn't have to do what they did in the link below to fit 15" rims.

edit here is a pic of a guy with 15's on a 2nd gen 4x4. It's about the 6th post down.. This is not the one guy I was thinking of, this is another guy running 15's...

shouldn't have to go thru anything to run 15" wheels on my 2011 tacoma,4x4,local toyota dealer can get me 15" wheels for me for $80 each, will save my 16" alloys in the winter and lot cheaper to buy 15" snow tires than 16", my 2005 matrix had 17" aloys and i put 15" steel wheels on it for the winter, caused no problems at all
