I'm trying to figure out what rims I want. I kind of like the look of the T|X Pro set-up with the black rims. I'm on tirerack.com looking at the ATX Slot.

What is confusing me is that the black ATX slot dimensions say 17x8 with 0mm offset and 4.09" Backspacing. However, the chrome version's dimensions are 17x8 with 0mm offset and 4.52" backspacing.

Why are they different? Is that a typo? If it isn't a typo will 4.09" be proper backspacing if I want to run 265/70? I would think that is a little low.

Thanks for the help. My set-up is still stock for now.

4.5" of backspacing or less is ideal for our trucks. That will support a 265 just fine or larger...like a 285 or 295, but trimming will be involved to run those size tires :)
